This challenge is designed to help us learn and create better eating habits. The Paleo Diet focuses mainly on eating foods available to us prior to the agricultural era. Foods like meats, vegetables, fruits and good fats. This balance of dietary foods along with eliminating bad fats, dairy and unneeded sugars will fuel our bodies and increase weight loss more rapidly.

We feel this challenge will empower you to reach and achieve new plateaus in your journey towards better health and fitness.
