Sharron Taylor has been training with us since 2016 and started the Alpha plan, designed by Riley Chlupacek, in July 2019. In the first 6 weeks Sharron lost 6.5 inches and 12.6 pounds. After four months, her loss equals a total of 10.25 inches and 18 pounds. Her progress is amazing!
