Class Descriptions

Super Circuits  

Fueled by inspiration from our favorite athletes, we offer innovative and unique combinations that are challenging and fun. This is your opportunity to take advantage of all that the battle ropes, TRX suspension straps, and pull up bars have to offer. It is a "super circuit" because we work through extra long interval times and high reps. This class will take you to the next level in your fitness journey. Come learn from the best! 

Boot Camp 

A military style class that will burn fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency and improve strength. We work through plyometrics, explosive routines and intervals. This fast-paced class is full of variety and a great way to get familiar with what Studio e has to offer. The hour will fly by and you will leave feeling strong and energized!

Total Conditioning (TC)

This innovative class uses free weights and calisthenics to target total body conditioning. This class will improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Strength training is an important part of a physical practice because it burns fat, increases bone density, and builds muscle. Instructors offer modifications in each exercise to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Mat Flow

Get a fresh spin on our signature total conditioning routine. This class blends movements from pilates, yoga, and PiYo. It works to build balance, core strength, flexibility and proper breathing. This class is designed to increase your core stability without high impact movements.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

We begin with stretching and warming poses before moving into standing flow sequences with options for more or less challenging poses.  Seated postures follow and we always end with deep relaxation in savasana.

Yoga Flow

Coordinate movement and breath with this accessible and dynamic class. We will journey through basic yogic postures and functional movements. Participant input can direct the flow of class to address therapeutic needs. Come move and flow as we open the body through breath. Each class begins with a brief grounding meditation and closes with a relaxation practice intended to integrate the benefits of the physical practice.
