All levels are welcome to all classes. Instructors are able to offer modifications for all exercises.

Class Descriptions

Aerobics 

This is a high energy class that will burn hundreds of calories. Experience all types of heart pounding exercises to keep yourself in top form. This class will leave you feeling  completely energized!

Super Circuits  

This is class is fueled by inspiration from our favorite Instagram athletes. Learn innovative and unique combinations that are challenging and fun. This is your opportunity to take advantage of all the battle ropes, TRX suspension straps, and the pull up bar have to offer. It is a "super circuit" because we work though extra long interval times and high reps. This class will take you to the next level in your fitness journey. Come learn for the best! 

Boot Camp 

A military style class that will burn fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency and improve strength. Through plyometrics, explosive routines and interval work. This fast-paced class is full of variety and should be experienced by everyone. The hour will fly by and you will leave feeling strong and energized.

Total Conditioning (TC)

An innovative class that uses free weights and calisthenics to target a total body conditioning. This class will improve strength, flexibility, and overall ability. Strength training is an important part to anyone's practice because you will burn fat, increase bone density, and build muscle. Instructors offer modifications in all exercises to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Mat Flow

Get a fresh spin on our signature total conditioning routine. This class blends movements from pilates, yoga, and PiYo. It creates balance core strength, flexibility, and unique breathing techniques. This class is designed to challenge your core stability without high impact movements.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga 

Class begins with stretching and warming poses before moving into a few standing flow sequences with options for more or less challenging poses.  Seated postures follow and always ending with total relaxation from savasana.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A thoughtful, breath-oriented class emphasizing foundation and alignment with an introduction to intermediate yoga poses to help students safely deepen their practice. Beginners welcome! For students with a developing practice, an alignment-based flow. Learn how to work safely in deeper variations and address postural imbalances.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is suitable for all ages, This practice invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Restorative Yoga can positively influence our heart rate, blood pressure, and brain activity; balancing our emotions and nervous system to ease our fight or flight mode. This is a perfect class for beginners and also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or those who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga and wellness.

TRX

TRX stands for TOTAL BODY RESISTANCE EXERCISE. The TRX Suspension system uses gravity and a person’s body weight as the tools to complete the exercise. Using the simple rule of a proper posture and applying this rule to each exercise performed ensures that a safe an effective workout is being achieved. Users will quickly see improvements in core strength, balance and endurance as each of these are building block for continued success. This is the prefect workout for all fitness levels because you are in control of the level of intensity/ The quick compact explosive training works for not only the beginners but all levels of personal fitness goals.

Kickboxing

This fitness focused class will increase strength and endurance while toning your entire body during a fun and energizing workout. Kickboxing is a great way to get an array of conditioning all in one class. Kickboxing takes interval workouts to the next level. You will focus on flexibility, pad work, slip rope, calisthenics, plyometrics, and more! Kickboxing not only will get you into outstanding shape, but it is also an excellent way to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as build confidence and character.
